TERMS&CONDITIONS
DEFINITION: Tour Start Date
- When the tour cost is inclusive of international airfares, Tour Start Date means the date on which the client boards the international flight to Vietnam.
- When the tour cost is not inclusive of international airfares, Tour Start Date means the date of the first tour activity in Vietnam (e.g. Meet & greet and first night’s accommodation)
Payment Terms
- For bookings made greater than >45 days out from tour start date
30% deposit at time of booking
70% balance to be paid 45 days prior to tour start date - For bookings made less than <45 days out from tour start date
100% payable at time of booking - If additional transaction or government fees are required – CAOROADS will advise specifically case by case.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by CAOROADS. The date of the cancellation will be taken from the date of the email or phone call requesting the cancellation.

NOTE: Depending on specific supplier cancellation policies, the above conditions may be modified. For example, if tour cost is inclusive of domestic airfares, the amount of refund available on the airfare component of the tour is dependent upon the domestic carrier’s refund policy. In CaoRoads case, the domestic carrier is Vietnam Airlines.
